Not pretty, really
So, check this out. It’s a brief short film of pretty people. This probably will be met with some eye-rolling, but there’s one core point that hit me:
Being the pretty girl often means you’re not the smart girl, you’re not the funny girl, you’re not the nice girl, you’re just the pretty girl.
Everyone is held hostage by their looks, not just those who are demeaned for them.
